MOTHERS' UNION DIOCESE OF TRURO

Mothers' Union is a Christian organisation with three million members worldwide with the shared belief in the importance of family values.

Membership is open to anyone who has been baptised and believes in the importance of family life. Men and women, married and unmarried, parent or not - all can, and do, join Mothers' Union.

The Diocese of Truro covers all Cornwall and we have branches throughout the County and also offer Diocesan Membership for those unable to attend meetings.

Mothers' Union Diocese of Truro, as part of the Worldwide Mothers' Union, is committed to:

• supporting family life through practical action and prayer
  
  
• involvement in Outreach Projects - in hospitals, refuges, holidays for those under stress, orphanages abroad
  
  
• the ongoing issue of Debt Relief, Child Poverty and Family Welfare
  
  
• being united in prayer, worship and fellowship

Also we have strong links with members around the world. We have special links with Mothers' Union in: Barbados, Katanga, and Nelson; and with Bath & Wells here in England.
