St Philip's Cathedral in Birmingham was the venue for the Mothers' Union Festival Service in March 2007. The Rt Revd David Urquhart, Bishop of Birmingham, officiated. The new Diocesan President, Chaplain and Trustees were commissioned by Bishop David during the service. |
